Return Policy

You may return the item(s) within 14 days of the order shipment date for store credit to the original form of payment.


Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return.

If you receive any damaged or incorrect items , please contact us immediately.     


If you wish to return the items to us please submit a message with your order number and our Customer Service Team will reply you within 12 hours and enclosed here with the address for return .


We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.


Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) STELLE ANN is unable to offer exchanges for any returned items. All returned items will be issued with an online gift card (store credit) via email for the value of the order, less any shipping paid.


Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services, like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and similar. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. Only once we receive the returned item(s), we can issue a refund.


We do not allow returns for the following:

Products purchased during a promotional sale period or on markdown/final sale.

Products received in a condition other than their original condition.

Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan.

Products that are marked or damaged in any way.

Bodysuits are FINAL sale.

White clothes are FINAL sale.

Accessories are FINAL sale.


STELLE ANN has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the items will be returned to the address on the original order.


Do I have to pay the return shipping?

Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.


How do I get refunded if I paid with a promo/gift code?

Purchases made with a gift code will be refunded to an online store credit.


How long does it take to get a refund?

Please allow up to 2 weeks from your return delivery date for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is completed.


Am I able to exchange my item(s)?

STELLE ANN does not accept exchanges.


Can I return "Final Sale" items?

Any merchandise marked or specified as "Final Sale" may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned. Accessories, Bodysuits, White clothes, Sale items, are final sale merchandise and may not be returned.


International Return Policy

Returns are accepted through same process. In the case of a return, you will be refunded in store credit with U.S. dollars. STELLE ANN is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes and duties. For specific information regarding customs policies and fees please contact your local customs office. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that it might take longer to ship an item, It takes anywhere from two weeks to eight weeks. It mostly depends on the package, the size and weight. If you pay more, you can get priority mail & will arrive much faster.
